Staff, board members, advocates, and volunteers of disability organizations; and

Advocacy & Policy Conference is The Arc of Pennsylvania’s annual gathering of self-advocates, family members of people with disabilities, leaders and staff of nonprofit organizations, and public policy staff.
Advocacy & Policy Conference 2019 will include a rally in support of disability services; and sessions about the power of technology and how it can increase independence for people with disabilities! Join us as we learn, rally, and make ourselves heard.
The Arc of PA hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, we know that extenuating circumstances do occur. The Cancellation and Refund Policy is as follows:
Cancellations BEFORE May 24, 2019: Conference registration canceled on or before May 24th, 2019 is refundable minus a $25 administrative fee. Submit all requests to Amy Houser at email@example.com.
Cancellations May 25th, 2019 and After: Registrants canceling May 25th, 2019 and after, including conference NO SHOWS, will not receive a refund. The cancellation/refund policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual. If you are requesting a transfer of the registration, the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's attendance status. To transfer your registration, submit your request to Amy Houser at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Cancelling Hotel Arrangements: In all instances, the registrant is responsible to cancel all travel and/or hotel arrangements. The Arc of PA will not assume any cost for NO SHOWS or late cancellations.
